Does anyone know how much this 1780 RIMP.HU.BO.REG.M.THERESIA.D.G. worth?

The implication - if it's assumed that the counterfeit I linked is the explanation for your coin - is that the producers used whatever metal they happened to have available for their work. Counterfeits aren't produced with a monolithic quality control; this could have been a subsequent owner of the dies/molds used to create the coin. Yours has a reeded edge (as mentioned in the write-up at the link), but the coin measured had a lettered edge.

I'm not 100% positive that my link explains your coin, but the design similarities are striking and we know how widely counterfeited these are. If you explore that site further, you will see accurate descriptions and attribution features for all of the known "genuine" MT Thaler strikes as well. I went through all of them before making my post, and did not find one resembling your coin. That site is my "go-to" resource for attributing MT Thalers.

Here is an authentic one (a modern restrike) with detail (for your comparison). Note the vast difference in detail/quality.

But there's so many different types of restrikes, from authentic to counterfiet, you just showed one kind from the authentic pile. I've looked at the website above and tried to decipher most of them and it's difficult. I showed the edge of the coin and it has a design on it, i figured the front won't show those indents because of the wear that would accumulate in 300 years time.

How do you contact this guy. Am I missing his info somewhere? I have combed the site, I think.

It's a counterfeit. Real MTs have lettered edges with raised lettering. Reeding wasn't ever an edge used.

Did not try the English version, but in the German version it's right there:
