on the left edge you see slight folds and then on the top note right bototm corner another small crease (its wear due to them being out instead of ina protective sleeve) these might just be unc not CU

lets say there are uncirculated, what a fair market price for them, or at least what they are listed for?

If you're looking to sell them I'd make sure you sell the top two together... is worth more to a lot of collectors to have two notes in sequence, especially star notes.

If you're not in a hurry to sell them you may want to hold onto them for a while as they wouldn't be worth a huge amount over face, yet. In a few years CU or AU bills of those years will be harder to find.

My suggestion is if you are spending/trading cash for cash on these..is to go buy the 8th edtion of Schwartz/Lindquist and you will have the reference anytime you need it.

The notes are really worth what the market will bear from a person wanting these 2004 Chicago stars!
Since they are a pretty new Series..it will take time for them to appreciate. Better yet, if you think they warrant grading..spend the $60 to get them slabbed. Some collectors prefer this when paying a premium on notes...also..some collectors do not like slabs at all.
