Help Id And Value Plz!

    Hi, I've had this coin for quite a while now but i haven't found what it is and what its value maybe , i was told its silver and thats all i know. Any help would be appreciated

    as for value, i imagine the holing reduces this somewhat, unless the coin is remarkably scarce.
