Is this a 1970 s DDO Lincoln cent?

    I was just wondering if somebody could tell me if this is a video 1970 s Lincoln cent it's very strong doubling on the date and some of in God we trust and liberty.

    i thought that flat and shelf like was die deterioration doubling.

    in 1970 the mint mark was hand punched into the die, so it is impossible to have hub doubling on both the date and mint mark, so when you see doubling as on your coin it's a sure sign of MD...
