    I really don't know what this I've tried to clean it but the color doesn't change can someone help me

    Environmental Damage toning altered the color of the copper that the Cupro-Nickel clad layer contains.
    Not a Mint Error.

    Environmental damage or ED. You should never clean a coin. Period.

    You have a stained coin from environmental damage that is now cleaned. NEVER clean a coin. It's like washing a car with sandpaper.
