Die Deterioration and Struck through grease usually occur at the same time IMHO It's called a worn die strike.
hey buddy i was asking if it was either not stating it was maybe u should go back to school and retake english the? means im asking a question
I think your coin is a Worn Die Strike, Late Stage Die Strike, Deteriorated Die Strike. All the same thing, just called different names. It is hard to tell looking through the plastic of the 2x2 flip.
Sounds like a great idea! I always wanted to take up scuba diving. I wonder if it's expensive? By the way.. That's a nasty attitude you have there.
Hey buddy, why don't you learn some manners? People like you love the confidence of insulting people behind a screen. When you leave your mom's basement some day, maybe you can learn to actually read what he told you. It wasn't an insult; he was trying to help you. If you know everything, why come here and ask a question you could so easily look up for yourself? See, I can just go to Google myself and look up "die deterioration examples" and "coins struck through grease examples." Yea, it is really that easy. Yet you couldn't do that because you're too busy trying to figure out how best to insult people. Think about that the next time no one on here wants to help your ignorant self because they've blocked you or ignored your questions. I would also suggest anger management classes and a basic 101 reading on how coins are minted. Also maybe a book or an entire volume on classical manners in a civilized society for arrogant, ignorant malcontents. Lastly, a 4th grade class on English grammar would do you wonders. ~Joe C
The response you received was appropriate. Responding the way you did is unlikely to engender cooperation / assistance from anyone. As regards your critique of the respondent's grammar, I think yours is no better. Approaching others in a more civil manner, and doing so intelligibly is more likely to get you the help you seek.
Your grammar is atrocious. You were give answers. If you're not satisfied with them send your coin to a TPG. You're not one to talk about English grammar. If you want proper English, the first letter in a sentence always begin with a capital letter. I, referring to self is always capitalized I. (You used a lower case i ). "stating it was" ends a sentence and requires a period after it. After "retake English" also requires a period. "im" is properly written I'm. Your last sentence requires a period. @paddyman98 answered your question correctly and in proper grammar. I've seen your other posts and it appears you need some lessons in proper manners.
What an attitude! You have just insulted an expert on errors. Yes, you asked if it was either but you were politely and correctly told it was both. It is you that made the mistake, not the respondent. Your question was correctly answered and it's a worn die which causes what you see on your coin. May I suggest you return to school and learn some manners and while there, take a class on how coins are made and what causes errors. Also, an apology is in order. We are waiting but not holding our breath.
He is a tough dude. Paddy will hit you with a double strike, then kick you off center, misalign your teeth, and then do a repunch.
I wasn't schooling @paddyman98. It was meant for the OP. New Yorkers don't scare me. I'm from Brooklyn where the real tough guys live. lol
