hey, I just bought 4 coins at the flea market... 2 beautiful Mexico 1 oz pieces and also, 2 1878 goloid coins... I had no idea what I was buying but thought they looked cool. After learning about goloid I learned that their have been tons of fakes... I want to find out if they are real or not, anyone know how to tell? I am assuming they are fake, but you nver know... I am new to coin collecting... the one thing I noticed that the stars looked rubbed down and not in perfect detail... any insight would be great. thanks
