    ... but are they technically radars? :)

    I found them in a strap of singles that I was searching (I try to search one everyday for starnotes). I'll post some pics later, but I was curious if they "counted" as radars. I think that the answer may be no, but I figure I'd get some expert opinions.

    No.
    From my understanding of Radars. It should go something like this, 12344321, 99866899, 45777754,. Along those, lines where the first four are mirror of the last four. 03011030

    they are not full radars, but they do sell, although not for much, on Ebay. I have kept several myself if only for the giggle factor, and that they are interesting. Call them 7-digit radars - but they are not full radars.

    There would be a 7 digit radar in EVERY bundle of 1000 notes. Order a brand new bundle, and you will get a 7 digit radar every time. You would also have a 10% chance at getting a true radar too.
