definatly looks like a harshly dipped/cleaned coin were they have taken a deciaving photo to block the color and not show the wear
Over priced and possibley cleaned/dipped. I'd pay $400 for it....maybe more if I could see it in hand.
My opinion is to never buy a coin like that on-line unless you have 100% confidence in the seller and his return privilege. Especially if the coin is raw.
