That is actually a San Francisco mint cent in the set not two from a single mint. It is packaged together with either the Philadelphia or the Denver coins, I can't remember which. There are no other circulation strikes from San francisco, so they put it in with the coins of the other mint. This is only true in the Mint Sets from 1968-1974. After 1974, the San Francisco Mint only struck proof cents.

Sometimes it wont allow feedback for a cpl days, I have no idea why. Try again in a few......

 

I got my 1973 proof set from the guy. It was really nice with some awesome blue toning on the Ike, he shipped super fast. I had no problem leaving feedback.

 

I don't know... oddest thing I ever saw. My summary page says he left feedback... yesterday... but leaves me no link to leave feedback from. I tried the listing page, etc. No link.
