Also what appears to be a D/D RPM 1964 quarter. I wish I could get a photo for you. Also forgot to mention I got a set of the four varieties of 1960 cents in AU/BU red and the 60D small date appears to be an overdate small over small, again I wish I could take pictures...
I'm not generally a "bargain" shopper, but I did purchase this coin from a DLRC Internet-only auction in a mislabeled holder (it was in a 1917-P holder): I also have several 1921-D VAMs I purchased for non-VAM prices. No huge scores though....Mike
I bought a 2005 S NGC PF 70 Sacagawea for $76. My friend bought 2 and offered me one. I couldn't pass it up. I got some nice 1950 PDS Lincolns from Arizona Jack that I really like. That 1917 SLQ is amazing. Jack, It's nice to have them all! It's great to complete a set or group that you've been working towards. Bruce
Not coins, but books. At the ANA show I managed to find 3 early copies of The Numismatist - May 1916, Feb. 1918 and Aug. 1919 - for $5 each. Now considering that I have paid $35 each for copies from that era - I considered that quite a bargain
