Those are plating blisters. Not an error they are very common on copper coated zinc cents. Another common occurrence is Linear plating blisters.

Now, a great thing you could do because you say you are new to error searching, would be to go search about "plating blisters" and "linear plating blisters" and read for a few minutes.

From another new error collect. Here is a 1962 d lincoln cent with something similar on it.

the case was all scratched..now can see it real well..looks like another set of letters that the zinc is now off so it has a silver color on the other letters...
