Hi, I have a 1926 S silver peace dollar and the S is a g under the One beside eagle tail. I’ve seen other years with this error. Is it worth anything? Thanks for your help.
The mintmark is an S. Because of the shape of the mintmark, it will often look like a lower case "g" especially in the circulated grades. Here is a photo of a gem 1926-S Peace Dollar reverse (courtesy of Heritage).
