What might this be looks like doubling on 1982P Roosevelt dime reverse

    I really can't tell if this is doubling or die deterioration. I'm working on all of this. Slowly but surely. Stop calling me Surely! The bottom and side of the O in ONE and the sides of the word DIME could alost sell it as a doubled die. I still have alot to learn, this is true.
