    Not a coin and not ancient - it looks like it fell out of jewelry - I bet the patterns on the reverse were to fasten/glue it to whatever it fell off/out of.

    it is about 14 centimeters, it’s rather an amulet and maybe antique or medieval. But maybe I'm wrong
