1981 half Very Thick

    Might be normal I don't know? The one on the left is 1971 the one on the right is a 2001 the middle one is a 1981 and is very thick? Is this mormal?

    The apparent thickness of the 1981 is an illusion. The 1981 is simply better struck which has allowed the edge to fill in more fully. If you look at the image you will note that the edges of both the outer coins are strongly beveled from the reeds to the rim, but the 1981 shows very little beveling. The stronger strike on the 81 has resulted in the edge filling in and becoming much more squared off.

    Sounds good to me

    Check out the edge on this 1971, it is unlike any others I have as the edge is well rounded. Again probally nothing but if I don't ask I will not know.
