Sure.. It's impossible to tell what you have without pictures. Most likely scraped away so it's worth 1/2 Cent
I love error and doubled die coin collecting- I would check it out with NGC and have them authenticate it. It looks to me that it is a mule, has the obv and rev on the front and the obv and rev on the back. Send it off, these coins have a high premium- Chuck
