That's a good flyer, really. And it's good that you support other clubs. Many clubs don't know they can put free notices in their local newspaper. This is better, I think, than simply passing out a coin to a young person and hoping they get hooked on the hobby. I think another approach would be to have a club member approach a library or community college and ask about making a presentation on coin collecting and educational information. Sessions like that should let people who have even a slight interest know what the hobby is about.
Another interesting way to make numismatic contacts is to volunteer to help with the club's show (if the y have one). Clubs ALWAYS need people to help set up tables, sell raffle tix, etc. You'll met knowledgeable people in the club and over time, get to know the dealers (YNs can get coffee or lunch for them ). Not a bad way too learn stuff plus you'll give some 70 year old club member a break
