Not to beat a dead horse here, but the spread is there. Also an attachment of the NGC Variety Definition...still have not found the word TOTALLY. I do personally enjoy the mention of the double stars under STATES OF. Sorry for the photo of the Y being a bit out of focus but it's the best that I can do at the moment. This does show diagnostics of the DDO-002 that is cross referenced to the ADR-001 right? Or no?

The 1966 Kennedy half dollar DDO-002 is not cross referenced to the ADR-001.
Stage E, and only State E of the 1966 Kennedy half dollar DDO-002 becomes the ADR-001.

The CONECA master listings for the 1966 DDO-002 that you posted above has for Stage E:
(Obverse) Bridge of nose and eye abraded away – VLDS
(Reverse) Designer’s initials abraded away – VLDS

When the 1966 Kennedy DDO-002 becomes the ADR-001 (Stage E), it is the FS-50-1966-901 as defined by the Cherrypickers’ Guide.

The Cherrypickers’ Guide cross references the 1966 Kennedy FS-901 to the CONECA ADR-001 and established the guidelines of what defines a FS-901 to be, “The designer’s initials on the reverse are totally missing”. Please remember that the Cherrypickers’ Guide is the ‘rule book’ on what each coin with an FS number is.

In a post previously made, and I will link it again below, David Lange answered that “NGC will not attribute coins having any remnant of the intials.”

Feel free to PM Atrox001 on these message boards, when it comes to Kennedy varieties he is the one to ask. (JMHO)

Your point is worthless. The majority are often wrong.
