Hi Welcome to ct! Imho, it looks like post mint damage,(pmd). Circulation wear. It took a hit from an object across the A. No extra value.

Usually by weighing them, a copper cent weighs around 3.11 grams. That is not necessary on yours though, the beginning of zinc blisters are visible.
Yep, just damage, and for the record, there were no 1965 quarters with mintmarks, so that part goes without saying.
