I thought that the article was interesting since I had just read this thread a few hours earlier -http://www.cointalk.org/showthread.php?t=34797 There was a post by Condor101 in that thread that made mention as to how something like this could happen. I just found it interesting that his comments echoed the Washington error article on how this error possibly occurred. What made this find all the more interesting was that the coin was packaged in the set and mailed to the customer. The Mint missed the error and the coin was packaged as usual. Imagine opening your box and finding that!!!!
