I’m familiar with the “ NO FG” Kennedy half dollars. But I’ve heard there are “NO F” Kennedy’s where only the “ G” appears. Is this an actual error? If so, is this 1973 one?
how could the f wear off when it's higher up in between the tail and leg than the g is wouldnt the g wear off first? imI just saying?
This is the most likely possibility. It is extremely unlikely that the "F" alone would be polished out. Chris

No, sorry. No one really worries about single letters being gone. All letters have to be completely gone for it to be the No FG variety. Also, I can see part of the F, so it can’t be No F...
