Can someone please tell me if this is a double die

    So I was coin roll hunting moments ago and I found this 1992 the reverse side in United States of America seems like it's doubled can you look at pictures and tell me if it is thank you.

    Die deterioration (die wear, die fatigue) sometimes produces discernible doubling of affected design elements. ... It is often raised but can sometimes be incuse. Incuse DDD is most often seen on copper-plated zinc cents, but does occasionally appear in other issues.
