1960 D Cents with appearance of over date

I found 2 in a mint roll that have the appearance of over date. Photo of date area attached.

It looks like die deterioration to me.

We have now seen two matching coins as of late? The secondary and Pick ups are not visible? Did the mint polish away the 6 and Secondary D mark or is it simply DDD?

 

It was from a roll that I got back in 1960. I transferred them to a plastic coin tube and sealed with scotch tape. The storage products we had back them were not as good as today. I noticed that the teenager that transferred them got a smudge on a couple.

 

Both look good condition for the age. Imho as an amateur with excellent eye sight. (The one on the bottom picture looks like ddd. The direction of the deterioration is going in the same direction towards the right)
The one on the top looks like a possible rpm?
The 6 and 9 appears to be touching each other on the deterioration.(with a little bow tie?) the line under the D Mark was what I was wondering. It looks similar to the varietyvista.

 

Thanks @R_rabbit I am old and have terrible eye sight. I appreciate the CT members for the assistance in looking through my 70 year accumulation. Thanks again.
