I might have a big purchase coming up soon... anyone know when the last 8-10% eBay bucks coupon was out?

Or when the next one might appear?

I think the 10% eBucks incentives may be a thing of the past. Last month they didn't offer me a 10, an 8 or even a 6% incentive. Not once.

Instead, they doubled the 1% incentive to 2%, and increased the duration from just the usual 2 days to the several weeks left in the month. I was sort of cold on that, and didn't buy much.

I keep forgetting about this. I never have anything on my wish list when they send the email. Oh well.

I was offered the 8-10 deal last month. Don't know when the next one might appear.

Last month was a big disappointment with eBay Bucks, and I have a feeling those 10% days are history or at least a very rare occurrence. Received my code number last week. Let's hope March' ebay Bucks experiment was just that. As a coin dealer, it does help drive sales also.

I got my email 2 days ago. Says it’s good until 5/2.

I received at least 2 eBay bucks offers that were at least 6% for March.

One of my accounts got a 2% incentive for the remainder of the month, and a few of my accounts still got 6-10% promos.

Interesting . . . I wonder what criteria they used for deciding which to offer to which accounts?

Had you previously been accumulating most of your eBucks on the account that only got the 2% incentive last month?

I got a 10% last month. I'm pretty sure. As the quarter came to a close I got a 8% as well. My ebucks from Q1 were around $135. I used it to buy another CBH.

Where do you get these? Via email? Via eBay message center?

eBay will occasionally send out email messages to registered users, offering an eBay Bucks promotion whereby you earn anywhere from 2% to 10% eBay Bucks on most purchases as opposed to the standard 1%. eBay tightened the percentage in March for most users as 2% was offered all month, instead of a two-day promotion giving 6-10% on most purchases. Hope that helps!

I was under the impression that you lost any ebay bucks that were not spent at the end of a period. My offers of late have not been as high as 2%.

You're correct . . . you have about 1 month after they're first awarded to use them up. After that month runs out they are worthless.

I haven't been able to figure out how/why they give them. I NEVER get offers on my main selling account, and hardly ever get offers on my main buying. My other accounts get them fairly often, and I only use those accounts when offers come around.

I got a 10% last month. They are spreading it out between enrolled members. Know some members that got 2% for the whole month instead. This is the first month of the new quarter. They usually don't do Extra Bucks the first couple of weeks of a new quarter, especially if you still have a balance of your previous quarter's Bucks certificate. They don't want buyers to double dip on Extra Bucks.
