    Maybe a die chip normally found on mint marks.

    I presume you are asking about the doubled-die looking things off of the mint mark and words on the back. That is just die deterioration, which is when the die that struck this coin got old and worn out. It isn't worth more than two pennies (it is 95% copper, which would be worth 2 cents because of the copper value...)
