    Hello everyone!

I wanted to ask whether this type of toning would be artificial or natural.

    IMO, ugly but "natural."

What would be the best way to remove it?

The easiest way is to get a new dime. They’re relatively easy to acquire. Edit: I also believe it to be natural, but undesirable toning.

This an example of where natural is unattractive. It’s the reason why coins get dipped or cleaned.
