There should also be a die scratch on the neck right next to the hair curl above the first 8. It will be easier to determine if we know the die crack is there. To me, it looks a bit correct, but it is hard to tell from your pictures. All I know is that is a definite upgradable coin. I would say at least MS64 for sure. I hope it matches to the VAM 55!
