But I find it interesting that on the next to last pic, the year 9107 has a funny looking curl on the bottom of the 7. That doesn't look right!
...you need to study the minting process, how dies are made and go to error-ref.com and study what constitutes true error coins. Then you will know when you find a coin like the one in your OP that it couldn't have been produced at the Mint, but merely the result of crappy materials provided to the mint used to produce crappy coins...Spark
