Floating P on reverse of 1944 wheat

    Ok I might as well go for broke here. Aside from the 1988 doubled ear I came across tonight, I also found this 1944 wheat with a mysterious floating P on the reverse just above the ONE. All other letters appear to be in their respective spots. It's just kind of cool. I'll be looking it up later or tomorrow to get some practice in that part of this craziness that we call a "Hobby",,,,,, between family and these ■♤> coins it's gonna drive me to drinkin!

    One thing is sure! It couldn't have been the "P" from the PT-109 because it was sunk in August, 1943.
