Here is a US 1946-P Roosevelt dime. If you look at the bridge of Roosevelt’s, nose there is a raised area of metal. I would not expect this to hold a premium, but what causes this type of error?
I cannot tell anything from that image. May I suggest that you crop out the unnecessary background, resize the image and then use the "Full Image" option to post it. The "Thumbnail" sucks. Chris
