Lamination error on the obverse of 1992 LMC?

I know some people are a bit hostile(since I joined today) and will say, "Zinc. pmd. Me right. You wrong".

Damage.. Laminations don't happen on Copper Plated Zinc Cents. They occur on solid copper cents.
