    they are.. a proof, uncirculated and a reverse proof Lincoln shield cent, 3 coin set..

    These days the US Mint is in the business of making ballast and the USPS is in the business of making wallpaper. All in the effort to generate revenue. I quit getting most of my regular stuff from the USPS in 2000 and recently stopped getting much from the US Mint.
