    Ag76 Coins 'n' history

I guess this counts as an "acquisition." My daughter found a 1909 Indian head cent.

She said she found it "on the couch," which doesn't seem possible, because I've never purchased or owned this coin. The only thing I can think is that a seller might have accidentally put it into a package, which fell out when I opened it without my noticing. I guess? Or maybe she found it elsewhere and is being coy (which she does a lot).

Anyway, it's hardly in brilliant shape but still a nice thing to talk to her about. Too bad it isn't an "S." :D

Good buy, I had my eye on that one. Supremely original coin and I believe the eye appeal will be great in hand.

There is another one that looks very similar (1891, MS62, CAC) on Ebay for $395.

Here’s an item I often admire, but seldom purchase. It caught my eye, it had the toning I like, and a very elegant script along with the coin’s devices being sharp and detailed. Far as I can tell it says CML. 520A030D-244E-440B-83F2-5D0D609AA0F3.jpeg 557BFF2C-14B3-4D89-800C-4891DC191EFF.jpeg
