Need to determine the description for this coin. It appears to have a die chip on the obverse or is that a cud? The reverse has a strike problem but I don't know what that's called. I have seen this on other wheat pennies with die cracks. The "Pluribus" and the "One" are weak.

Interesting Die Break (not a CUD) on the Obverse

I think the Reverse side issue is just a minor Struck through grease issue

Chewmassa Now where could my pipe be?

Nice coin. I have a '57 woth some die chips on the obverse, but not as prominent as that one.

I was looking up a 1952 s error as well when I saw your post. Of the exact same coin and errors I have down to the half L .
