1983 D multiple repunched mint mark?

    That is a plating blister.. Not a RPM

    Yes...it looks exactly like a D too.. thats the only mark lije that on the entire coin,no other signs of blistering

    I just gave a visual example of what happens to it.

    we've seen many examples on CT of it looking like a "D" too.
