    That's a LARGE date. Look at the front lower part of the 2 and how one bows up, and the other doesn't. That the first indicator you should look for and become familiar with.

    What difference does it make? The coin looks like it spent a long time in a wishing well.

    Large date also looks thicker than the small date. But, as Clawcoins said, the way that the 2 bows up is a good indicator.

    It's a large but in that condition it doesn't matter, it's worth a cent.
