i have a 2013 dollar bill that appears to have green sticky ink on it from the making of it. It’s almost waxy feeling and it makes the other dollars stick to it. I would like to know if this is a error from the making of it and how much would it be worth?
It doesn't appear to be from the original printing, at least not to me. This could be some sort of "after" damage. Perhaps from the rubber grippers of a counting machine? S86 called in the experts. They should know what it is, or more precisely, what it isn't.
Interesting. But since I'm no currency guy, I wouldn't know if that happened during or after the printing.
Being "sticky and waxy", almost certainly says it didn't leave the BEP like that. Something happened to it during circulation
