I also got this roll from the credit union and the color is odd. I haven't seen one with this color variation. Both ends have the same color variation, But one end coin has a peculiar hole next to the eye. Can anyone give me more information? Thanks. out these coins? Thanks!
The color difference is just toning. The little 'dot' appears to be a minor struck thru - I see it in your photo, and maybe a closer up photo would tell us more, but so far, it's a small struck thru, imo.
Thanks. It is a sunken area so I think that would rule out a die chip. But would it be a go on opening this roll?
