I tried to take at multiple angles, with flash and not. Thanks

Errors are rare mistakes that happen at the mint.
Your coin is damaged on the obverse. That circular mark could be from a coin rolling machine. That green crud on the reverse could prob be removed with acetone, or soap and water. You can freely spend this dime, it's worth 10 cents.
There is a very slight mis aligned die strike (notice the double rim from 3- 8 o'clock on the obverse) but it really doesn't increase the value unless it is more dramatic. That is technically an error, but it is common and there's no added value. The part of the T that is missing could be from wear, or a weak strike, or a grease/debris filled die where that part was obscured by grease.
When you have a lot of letters missing, that type of error is more desirable.

The good news is , you're getting there. Finding and recognizing the common but worthless errors, is the first step.

Thank you, I just started doing this with change I save, started with some pennies, this was the first dime I picked out of the jar.

Did you keep the coin? Toss it? I have one with the "t" error also. Actually there are more errors on this little guy.
So Michelle Holley, you could have very well been correct.

Don't mislead her. She's just starting out. This is a damaged dime, it's as simple as that. In fact the dies that made it were a little shot, as well.
