Is this doubling on Colorado state quarter obverse?

    0403191655a.jpg I looked at this 2006 D Colorado state quarter 6 ways to Sunday, and I don't think it is shadows. Probly gonna tell me it's machine doubling. Just be brutally honest as I know you guys always will be.

    Looks like die deterioration doubling -
    from a worn or overused die.

    Very common

    It's flat and shelf-like, so you're right, it's machine doubling
