If you like it, then by all means put that cent in a 2X2 and enjoy it! That is what this hobby is all about. But to answer your question, no the value is only one cent.
I’ve been coming to realize that coin beauty and worth are really in the eye of the beholder especially when not in a selling mood. My favourite coin in my collection is a severely damaged one, but, what’s its monetary value... nothing, not even face value to most but to an eye like mine, priceless!
