Because of my high school Deutsche Klasse these are vouchers(Gutschein) for members of the Consum society. I don't know what the Consum society is though. They are 20 and 10 Pfennig, which was an old german coin and note before the Euro, in 2002. Lastly, it says that they are valid until the 30th of 1921 in June. Hope that helps!

"Lossnitz i. Erzgeb." means, i believe, Lossnitz in the Ore Mountains -- which are in saxony, so that should help you locate your town.

does this help, or were you looking for something more specific?

Such a "Consum-Verein" or Konsumgenossenschaft would usually sell products to its members. The name of this cooperative, Vorwärts, suggests it was related to the workers movement, maybe the Social Democratic party. Some more info about the place where it was issued/used is here http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lößnitz or here http://www.stadt-loessnitz.de/
