Found this one today amongst all the 1969s I’ve saved the last few years but hadn’t inspected. I can’t see any signs of the initials on the reverse and there actually appears to be what looks like some other faint stamps in that area and elsewhere on it. A (different) penny for your thoughts?
It almost looks like old Abe took the FG stamp to the neck... and I see what looks like either machine doubling or doubled die marks on IGWT... but im usually dead wrong about this stuff.

The reverse is a grease filled die which has caused the letters to disappear. The front is well worn. No FG on the neck and my best guess for what you see as doubling in the N is just a hit from something or other. I am not that great on identifying doubling so someone feel free to correct that.

Looks to be another over-polished die issue. We have seen a few lately on CoinTalk. They are called the Floating Roof Variety. Nothing major.
