It would be okay to link it, but the color might limit the number and size of the bids. You also need to show the entire reverse.

 

I had a CC double eagle with a similar scratch once - came back from NGC with AU details due to the scratch. I didn't know enough at the time to try again - perhaps with PCGS. If I had that circumstance now I would definitely be willing to resubmit it - perhaps multiple times as in that case it would have made a huge difference in sale price. I had bought it raw and sold it for about what I paid for it as a details coing, but Live and learn. People have a lot of interesting resubmission stories here.
