2000 Cheerio Penny Error?

I am unsure if this would be classified as an error or not. There is a small tail on the zero of 2000 and there is another line adjacent to the R in Liberty from the top to the bottom of the curve. Any help would be much appreciated.

It's actually Cheerios Cent not Cheerio..
And it's considered a Variety not an error.

 

Is the Cheerios cent even a variety? The coin posted looks to have a small die chip.

 

I'm not even sure if those are die issues -- they look like they might just be plating issues.

 

No.. My mistake.. I was thinking of the different eagle feathers on the Sacagewea Dollar.. That's a variety!

 

The date looks like a small die chip but I only see a stain on Liberty.

Bad photographer here...The "stain" next to the upper part of the R looks the same as the lettering. The dot under Liberty looks to be a stain. Thanks for the input.
