1975 lincoln cent DDO or Die deterioration

I have recently found a 1975 P Lincoln cent that isn't listed and after searching found a discussion from 2008 I believe and the coin in question was really close to the same die state maybe some one could help as I could not find any example like it

Your photos are out of focus and have too much light.
What I am able to see looks like a die deterioration issue and not a Doubled die.

Thank you for your response I wasn't sure. I will take some better pics and post them!

 

It isn't a DDO I am not sure why we need better photos. Doubling like this is common, and not worth the trouble.
