Corrosion , Zinc rot, and split plate doubling. I am not even sure you could call that a cent anymore. Junk coins are not collectible.
Mint marks are not and never have been Doubled Die. A true Doubled die is not a double strike neither.. Do you know anything about a true Doubled Die variety? Your Cent is a DEFDAM - Definitely Damaged
Sorry Steven but mint marks cannot be doubled dies. They can be re-punched prior to 1991 as they were hand punched back then. Now the mint marks are incorporated into the die eliminating any re-punching. To a novice, a re-punched mint mark might "appear" to be a doubled die but it is not. Just the facts.
As I said corrosion split plate doubling and zinc rot. Why even look at a coin that has that much damage? I am with @paddyman98 you are loosing help. If you know everything then why are you asking anyone?
