    JCro57 Making Errors Great Again

Great surfaces on this Civil War era coin and problem-free, other than the fact that the Mint screwed up. This is the first year the series was issued, and strangely the U.S. Mint was producing $0.03 silver pieces at the same time, as well as two different $0.05 coins. Graded VF30 by PCGS. Enjoy! ~Joe C. 0330190933_HDR.jpg 0330190934_HDR.jpg

Also shows some evidence of a die clash and at least four die cracks on the reverse.

I love me some old US error coins :) This is my first time seeing an off center 3 center. Thanks for sharing!

Although I mainly collect modern errors, it is refreshing to see nice off center on a classic coin. Thanks for sharing!

I have a separate file for certified Mint Errors other than mine. I like full slab pictures of both sides. I reference them with certification numbers so if I ever need to use them as reference one day.

You left out the ability to look up sale prices on some auction sites :)
