Still another EBay change for the worse!

eBay outlawed shill bidding a few years ago after Ken Walton, et al, were arrested for selling forged artwork on eBay and using shill bids to generate interest and to increase the selling price.

You CALLED eBay?? I did not know it was humanly possible to actually talk to an eBay representative. I have never seen a phone number for eBay. What is eBay's number? I will save it for future reference.
